“You know, die hardIt’s a great Christmas movie…”

“My friend Aimee Garcia is in a great new Christmas movie for Netflix that looks really fun starring Freddie Prinze Jr [Christmas With You].”

She also explained how her time as Amy Santiago on Brooklyn nine-nine helped her take on the comedy of the film.

“I joke that my time on brooklyn was like going to a very elite comedy school because I learned so much while I was there, not just actors but also the amazing guest stars we had,” she said.

“To jump on something like that, where the pace was really fast and we didn’t have a lot of time to do things, it’s really, really reassuring to know that you know how to deliver the jokes and attack the rhythms of the comedy and being able to keep up with other comedians Luka Jones and Julian Gant are also very good improvisers.

Bar fight! is available to buy or rent now from Prime Video, Microsoft Store and other digital platforms in the UK.
