Life without his beloved Liv proved difficult for Vinny after her death in Emmerdaleand he’s starting to show disturbing behavior in scenes to air on ITV next week.
Knowing how worried Mandy is about her, Jimmy offers to have a talk with Vinny, and she’s glad someone can help.
And while the two are playing, Vinny begins to open up to Jimmy and talk about how he feels. Will then invites them both to participate in a poker game that takes place at the Woolpack.

Ryan, David, and Mackenzie soon join in the fun, and Vinny finds he had more fun playing with everyone than he expected.
So do the others, as Vinny, Mack and Jimmy meet again the next day for another match – but they make sure to keep Charles’ secret.
But as poker becomes a craze in the village, one person who isn’t thrilled about Vinny playing is Mandy.

When Jimmy accidentally spills the beans on her, Mandy isn’t happy, as she fears Vinny is on the same dark game path her late father Paul found himself on.
Jimmy instantly feels guilty for not connecting with Paul. But it seems Vinny’s enthusiasm is here to stay, as he meets Mack the next day to discuss strategies before a match with flash newcomer Darren,
Darren found the group playing poker in the pub and invited them to play a higher stakes game with him.
Is Vinny over his head and could he really end up following in his father’s footsteps by becoming addicted to gambling?
And if it’s nothing more than a hobby for Vinny, can Mandy ever accept him to play the game?
