Ancient Glasses box Stars George Baggs and his brother Joe have landed a new job at the BBC after leaving the Channel 4 series earlier this year.
As part of its very first Takeover of TikTokGeorge and Joe Baggs, who between them have more than 2 million followers on TikTok, will present a slot on BBC Radio 1 on Christmas Day.
The duo are set to hit the airwaves from 3.30pm on Christmas Day as part of the takeover which the BBC says will give “fans the opportunity to hear their favorite TikTok stars in a completely different light” ( via shimmer).

As part of the Christmas Day lineup, the brothers will join nine other TikTok stars who are set to host the festivities on Radio 1 who will “bandage the Christmas celebrations” between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Fats Timbo, Maddie Grace Jepson, Kyron Hamilton, Madeline Argy and Max Fosh, among others, join the Baggs brothers as part of what the broadcaster describes as “eleven stars from the world of comedy, entertainment and music.”
Earlier this year, the Baggs family of dad Terry, mom Lisa and their two sons, Joe and George ended their time on the reality show after 3 seasons to pursue other “exciting opportunities”.

Publish a long statement on instagram at the time, Joe Baggs thanked subscribers and fans for their support.
“After 3 incredible seasons on Channel 4 Glasses box we made the decision to leave the show. We loved every second of being part of the Glasses box family and it really is the opportunity of a lifetime,” he said.
“With many exciting opportunities ahead for all of us, we simply couldn’t commit to filming another series, but we are so grateful for the opportunity.”
Glasses box airs Friday nights at 9 p.m. on Channel 4.
