i am a celebrity hosts Ant and Dec challenged EastEnders star Danny Dyer to name his award for an appearance on the show.
The actor has never appeared as a contestant on the show, although during a fan Q&A on Instagram yesterday (November 23), the two presenters enthusiastically responded to a suggestion according to which Dyer should do the series.
“Wouldn’t that be great!” Ant replied, with Dec adding, “That would be amazing!”
“It’s a shout out for Danny Dyer, next year – name your prize!” Ant added.

Of course, Dyer may have more free time next year given his impending departure from Albert Square as Mick Carter – so watch this space.
Speaking after news broke of his soap release this year, the star said: “When you’re in a job like a soap, your contract comes up for renewal and every time it’s done they m asked to stay, and I’m very grateful. I saw a lot of people coming and going, it’s very hard.
“I’m still wondering if I want to sign again, and I’ve been considering for a while now that maybe it’s time to roll the dice, to take the plunge.”

In other i am a celebrity news, last night another campmate was kicked off the show, with comedian Babatunde Aleshé becoming the fifth contestant to say goodbye this year.
That leaves Seann Walsh, Mike Tindall, Owen Warner, Matt Hancock, Jill Scott and Chris Moyles as the remaining stars in the jungle.
i am a celebrity airs at 9 p.m. on ITV1 and ITVX. EastEnders airs Monday to Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show is also streaming on BBC iPlayer.
