Our Yorkshire Farm removed by Channel 5 as spin-off without Amanda Owen replaces show

Channel 5 has confirmed that Our Yorkshire Farm was removed, but a spin-off was announced in its place.

Earlier this year it was revealed that Clive and Amanda Owen, who ran the farm together, had separated after more than 20 years of marriage, and now they no longer work together on TV.

In its place, the broadcaster announced Beyond the Yorkshire Farm: Reuben and Clivewhich will follow the farmer and his eldest son as the latter climbs into the family business, premiering in a few weeks.

A statement from Channel 5’s Factual boss Daniel Pearl read: “The Owens have become everyone’s favorite farming family and millions have enjoyed watching their unique way of life.

“It’s fantastic that we can now all follow Reuben and Clive on their next adventure.”

Beyond the Yorkshire Farm is slated to premiere on December 6. While this spinoff doesn’t feature Amanda, that doesn’t mean she’ll be completely off our screens.

“We remain absolutely committed to the entire wonderful Owen family and hope to announce new projects with Amanda very soon,” added Pearl.

When they announced their separation earlier this year, Amanda posted on Instagram: “Clive and I are sad to confirm that we have made the difficult decision to go our separate ways. It hasn’t been easy but we all believe two that it’s the right decision”. choice for the future of our family.

The couple have nine children together: Raven, Reuben, Miles, Edith, Violet, Sidney, Annas, Clemmie and Nancy.

Beyond the Yorkshire Farm starts on December 6 on Channel 5 and can be shown on My 5.
