An Argentine fan was spotted by viewers taking off her top during a fiery celebration of Argentina’s dramatic victory over France tonight, risking jail time in conservative Qatar.
After Gonzalo Montiel’s penalty, the cameras turned to the cheering Argentinian fans and among them was a blonde fan who gave the cameras a bit more than expected.
Prior to the tournament, fans were warned that they would be expected to adhere to Qatar’s strict and conservative customs.
The Qatar Tourism Authority said: “Visitors (both male and female) should show respect for the local culture by avoiding revealing their clothes too much in public.

But tourists should ensure that tops cover their stomachs and shoulders, while skirts, dresses and pants should hide the knees.
The often glamorous WAGs were advised to wear a scarf around their necks to cover their chests.
